Shipping

We always strive to give each customer the lowest shipping rates. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address. Be sure to include apartment and/or suite numbers. D & L Fragrances will charge the customer for address corrections that are the fault of the customer. This charge will be equivalent to what the shipping company charges us.


Again, please double-check your address before submitting the order.


All items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to United States residences only. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.



COD Customers

COD shipments are not available to first-time orders or to PO Box addresses. If paying with a money order, please do not obtain a money order until we have confirmed with you that your order will be shipped COD. Please note UPS charge a COD handling fee of $13.00 in addition to the freight charge. This will be added to your order total. If you fail to pick up and/or pay for your COD shipment, you will no longer be eligible for COD orders.
